Thread: Fix for movement bug: permawalk.

If you find yourself suddenly running off and you cant stop, its because you opened a menu while moving forward, only certain menus.
to fix this, simply exit the windows and click arrow keys in a circle.. up left down right, over and over. or clockwise is fine as well. Just in a circle. this fixes the unstoppable movement bug

Mashing the arrow keys works too. Just hit them all at once and it works..

Rather than breaking your keyboard, simply press whichever direction you are permarunning in. So if you're stuck running left, press the left arrow key and it'll be fixed. Thus saving yourself the cost of a new keyboard and a lot of frustration.

I've encountered this sticky-key problem numerous times over the course of *years* - I remember it happening when playing Doom - back when Doom was new!
The problem is that the "keyup" event isn't triggered for some reason or another when you let go of a key. Making the key go up again is always the solution IME.

My method as well. Swearing doesn't hurt either
