I found it interesting that Master Ranger was not the lowest profession in terms of badges. Here are all of the Master Profession badges below Ranger:
Master Ranger 1091
Master Weaponsmith 1026
Master Tailer 925
Master Armorsmith 908
Master Squad Leader 874
Master Pikeman 868
Madter Droid Engineer 825
Master Chef 796
Master Carbineer 745
Master Bio-Engineer 743
Master Bounty Hunter 726
I guess the most surpising stat was the Master Bounty Hunter one. It seems like on my server every other player has the Master Bounty Hunter tag. On Bria, the Master Bounty Hunter badge was the smallest of all the Master badges.

The MBH tag might be the most visable because they are usually in the cities. And like we said about us rangers was that we arent that visable. The other thing that doesnt count is those who have had the badges since before we had profession badges.

To expand on Fodder's comments a little, those are not current Rangers, either. The numbersare influenced by the hologrind, and are only one server's worth of info. It still shows a little about professions that have been mastered fewer times than us, but I would much rather see a list of people who currently have Ranger mastered (i.e. posses the master Ranger skill box). That may be impossible to do, but it would be a much better measure of how many of us there are...

Its all a matter of pooling the databases. I cant imagine it would be impossible. Just time consuming

I agree Calc. It would be nice to see a current profession by server breakdown. Might help to shed some light on whether there are as many Jedi as everyone thinks there is or not![]()

Guaranteed there are more jedi than rangers.

*agrees with Calc*
Ranger is a pretty easy profession to master. Scouting xp flows like water, trapping is easy, and you get wilderness survival by sitting around...
What I really want to see are the current profession stats like we did in October. That would tell us so many things about the state of the game.

Does it freak anyone else out that Bria, the most populated of servers had ONLY 16,000 people with 5 badges?
I mean, walking in a city gets you a badge basically, I would expect just about everyone to have at least 5 badges.
What I mean by this is, is 16,000 close to the server total population for Bria?
If so, I guess I just expected it to be higher, maybe I am thinking too large of a scale with so many servers, I guess 10-20k spread out over them is right.
That number just seems so small for some reason.

I have 4-5 toons on other servers than Ahazi that I play very little (used to attend events, to see how the lag situation is etc.) Plus there are lots of plp doing lot swaps, etc. These, plus the 14 day trial plp would inflate the apparent number of low level toons on any server.

Yeah Ranger is considered a moderatly fast, very cheap and fun (?)profession to grind so nearly all jedi wannabe's have done it.
I would expect the true figure i.e. non hologrinders to be around 150-200 with current rangers possibly in the range of 10-25
