I mean a Poison dart is a poison dart why is it the 6 or more Core Species cant even be targetted .It would really open up the Ranger class for more combat and make a Ranger someone to be feared and not messed with in PvP

This has been discussed several times and is on our list of things we wish would happen. We've heard that traps will -never- affect PC's but it's still a wish-list item. Of more importance right now has been letting us use traps on Player pets, because that's even more silly- if I can trap a gurreck, i can trap a gurreck, no matter how well it's been trained, it's a gurreck. But keep throwing out ideas. I'm sure you haven't had time to read all the posts, which is why you don't know that this is a much-requested idea, so I didn't want to jump on ya. Read the "Ranger Links" thread...it has a lot of the most common requests and shows where Rangers want to head.
