Ranger Archive

Last night I completed one of my biggest goals in the game.

Firstly, I must say, that when i first read the description of Ranger in the companion strategy book, I was completely hooked... however, what took the cake (and im sure that most of you have seen it) The picture of the Ranger in the book was standing there in full RIS armor, he (maybe she) looked tough... i mean really tough, intimidating and powerful.

Last night, with the help of one of my favorite Armorsmiths (who will be receiving free hide for the rest of her life) took the 9 peko peko albatross feathers, the 9 woolamander bone fragments, 9 reclusive gurk king hides and 9 giant dune kimoglia scales and crafted me a FULL set of RIS armor.

The stats are Kinetic 80% base ranging from 60-70% and the encumberance is low enough for me to wear the full set unbuffed, condition is 44k to 45k per piece.

I will be posting pics soon, however, for some reason imagedump doesnt work for me, or im too dumb to figure it out.. does anyone else have a free site to put images?

Ever since RIS was available, ive been working to get this. Now all that remains is to get my ranger buddy Rexornal a full set as well.

As for colors, it is glorious green

Congratulations! That is quite an acheivement. I can't wait to see pictures of RIS in a colour other than red or black.

collected all but 1 gdk scale...

even the resources (hide/ metal/ polymer/ NS shards) were my loots and harvests that i was saving for this suit of armor

The bad thing was that Ive killed over 100 giant dune kimos and got a whopping total of 8 gdk scales.. the last one was out of pure desperation hehe

I will try to play with image dump some more...

apparently all the RIS ive ever seen have been either blue or burgundy... Ive never seen a green set until last night.

Wow, that's amazing. I've tried hunting time and again for RIS piecesand understand what an undertakingit is. Figure out that image dump crap and show off you're new armor.Youdeserve it!
