I second rancors on dath...as a master swordsman rancors are no real problem for me.
I cleaned out a nest of enraged bulls the other night....402 meat each....i ended up with 13k meat in about 6 minutes....it was easy work...i then turned around and sold the meat for 260k

Torturs on Talus. No DB, you can get missions for them, no need to buff, they die fairly fast and they harvest out at 30/70/100 average for the 3 sizes.
Average time on lair can be under 6 minutes.

Enranged Rancors get into a solo group so they spawn a lot of them. But remember you need to be a pretty high level elite fighter to do this solo. Doing this i got 40k meat in 2 hours grouped with my explorer 1 scout wife.

yep, Torturs unbuffed, Rancors buffed (I have actually done Rancors unbuffed, but only for sport-hunting. Too slow when I actually need the meat for contracts. Rancors unbuffed can be quite exciting 
). Tortons on Rori are good for this too. Careful with Ravinous Tortons. A cheaper alternative is Quankers on Dant or the lesser Bols. You might even try Pikets or the stronger Bols, but that is on the edge of needing a buff for some.

Pikets are the way to get a lot of dant leather hide or dant herbivore meat quickly. The lairs natural and missioned tend to spawn a lot of them so it works fast. Not as fast as the rancors of course.
Quenkers are kind of funny it all depends on your levels. The relic reapers will drop 100 per kill but they arent the easiest to kill. But like all quenkers you get to kill quite a few of them.
Tortons are for mass talus wooly for me. My armorsmith side loves the big guys

rancors on dath would be your best bet if you have the combat skills to take them down and you are on the right area of the planet.
got 50k of meat there once in three hours using conceal shot, veghash, my harvesting droid,and buffs of course.
