Thread: Camo Kits...please explain

Can someone please explain what I need to do as a MAster Ranger to use these kits. I have made the kits but I see no options to "use" them.

To use the kits, use the conceal skill - I believe there should be a button you can use to add to your hotbar under the "Other" tab of your Abilities control panel, and you can also just type /conceal into your chat bar.

Use the command /camo while you have an appropriate kit in your inventory. You will carefully apply camo to yourself. Remember too that the kreetle sees all. I think'kreetle' is Dosh for 'ranger locator'.

Have you made them first? Get a weapons/general tool. Its best to have a droid wtih a weapons station in it for making the camo kits since you experiment the usages up. But you dont have to have it. Conceal kits are based on the OQ of the materials used.
Want to conceal a friend? Use /conceal (name) and they will get the bonus of conceal from the ranger. If your leveling ranger you will also get scouting xp from red cons that ignore them because of your conceal you made (note i havent seen this in person but its been reported on the forums many times)

'tis true, ahaaar. Ye can sit in yer camp, moored off that there Mos Eisley and flip a /conceal on the young spratts as come running out of town heading inland and up into the hills. Every squill, dewback or kreetle or other scurvy dog they run past and you'll grab a nice slice of XP, ahaaar.
