Don't know if this has already been noted... search on these forums stinks and I think I troll enough to have noticed a post on this.
an on-leave factional can't conceal combatant factional, etc. This would be understandable, but there's no message telling you can't or it would be unwise, or wait 30 seconds, or whatever... you just wait, and wait, and nothing happens at all.
Rescue, on the other hand, gives you the "would you like to go off leave" message, say yes, and wait 30 seconds... that was a real pain when trying to save the BE/Doc who I was wondering why I couldn't put a conceal on her then not being able to rescue her until after the 30 seconds, but on the bright side rescuing is what opened it up so I could conceal her.

This is interesting... I hadn't even thought about trying it. I'll look into it tomorrow when I log in and see if there's a work around other than Rescue. I'm kind of surprised it works this way though ... I'd expect it to work despite factional status.
hmm... the implications ...

I brought up the issue of not being able to camo factionals while on leave in the correspondent forums and was ignored completely.
There is a Catch 22 in there, I brought that out, and got no answers at all, tho Owen and I played ping pong to keep the thread alive for a while.
Essentially, if camo is not designed to work on NPCs as has been stated by the Devs, how can it be a beneficial action like healing, as the GCW does not involve pets?Either camo is a beneficial action and it should work on NPCs, or the inability to camo factional people is a bug and should be fixed.
I caught them with their pants down, they had no ready answer, not even a "we will look into it".
Gotta love the Devs somedays. Catch them in a true conflict and you get silence.

It took me about a week to figure this out. I was dumbfounded as to why I could cammo some guild members and not others. I could never cammo a jedi. Then I did some reb hunting and suddenly I could cammo everyone, ok bug fixed. Cloned and tried again and was back to sporradic success. Was not until I went reb hunting again that I put two and two together.
At the minimum this needs a feedback of some sort. As it stands now this just appeared to be a glitch.
