K... I just leveled today
From Marksman ---- to Marksman 1--- I gained 50 healthpoints (1050)
From Scout ---- to Scout --1- I gained none (!)
From Marksman 1--1 gained 50 healthpoints
From Marksman 1--1 gained 50 healthpoints
From Scout --1- to Scout --11 I gained none (!)
Pls verify. Check healthbar BEFORE and AFTER leveling scout skills.
Do the same for Brawler/Marksman.

SCout is not giving addition health. Marksman is.
Question remains if Ranger will get extra health...

Somehow I doubt it. I guess we'll see when we can use master professions
