Thread: Creature Knowledge should tell us this...
So far I have found no way to tell whether a creature will "assist".
Some creatures, even non aggresives with very low ferocity will assist their brothers to the point where, if you shoot one the whole lair swams on you like a hornet's nest.
Creature knowledge should definately tell us whether or not a creature has this characteristic.
Yes it should. I'd rather know if creatures are social rather than their second special attack...which always shows none. But I believe this is getting worked on.
Anyone know what the numbers in () are under the type of hide/meat? I always thought it was the basic quantity of the hide, but its never the same when I actually harvest it.

humm i think it s the number Scout can harvest ! im Master ranger and i think the differencebetween scout and ranger is about 80 % more hides harvest.
If you see Wooly hides(100) then if scout harvest it, he should get 100 Wooly versus ranger should harvest 180 Wooly ![]()
80% is a little ambitious.
I'm thinking the number in () is the 'base' number, which your skill then modifies somewhat. I'm at advanced hunting II, and a creature who has a (55) will generally net 61-63 if I harvest it.
