Can someone please list the resources need to create the Field Base Kit, and the High Tech Field Base Kit. I noticed that when I got Novice Ranger that the High Quality requires Metal in them and before I wipe out my artisan / surveying tree would like to make sure that I have everything stockpiled for later use.

Keep it stockpiled. The field base uses 15 metal, 20 metal, and 30 polymer. The high tech uses those same materials but more of them.
