Thread: Does range increase for areaTrack?

As I raise that branch does my range increase? Seems pretty shortrange at Tracking III

the range is always 500m

It stays at 500 meters starting at the novice ranger. The reason being that nothing spawns in an area unless a player is within 500 meters. The reason being that it keeps the 'weight' down on the server. Basically, you see everything you forced to spawn or that's within your spawn radius that someone else forced.

Tis why when you are looking for something that you KNOW is in your general area, the best way to get it to spawn is to kill anything and everything you see.
