Might I recommend giving a bit of info on what this actually is? I have a feeling I know what it is but, if it is what I think, I don't really have the bandwidth. Giving a bit of extra information (that doesn't require searching around randomly on the web for it) might cause a bit more interest in the idea

My apologies, I just assumed everyone knew about Teamspeak.

Memo to me: Never assume. lol

Teamspeak is a voice chat program used frequently by those playing games like Battlefield 1942, and other team oriented games. It is quite fun to use while playing galaxies, especially when going on a hunt with others. The memory signature kinda sucks, which is why I usually run Yahoo Messenger to speak to 3 or 4 people, so if your computer is kinda lacking it may not run too well. Try it out at least and see how well it runs though. I think this would be a great way for us to better organize some of the issues here. To download it, go to ....

www.teamspeak.org

and go to the downloads section and choose the one that works with your system.

To allow for better communication and to hear some ideas from the community I have decided to post the IP address to the Teamspeak server I am hosting.

I have been concidering doing this for Eclipse on big hunts or in content areas. I do have a server running that I used for Mechwarrior.

My guild uses TS and now I will have to relearn how to type! I would love to get a chat going, but keep in mind that anything over 5 users id hard to deal with and anything over 10 will be impossible without multiple channels. Just let me know when we want to chat!

My guild also uses TeamSpeak, generally for group hunts, or group PvP occasions, such as city defense or assault.

I have a hard time using it because my play-time is at night, and living at home as I do, talking to a half-dozen people while other people are sleeping is a no-go.

Get me on there, too. I can't say how often I'd visit, but I'd like the option to be open.
