I realize that camp kits can be sold on the Bazaar, even factory crates of camp kits. My question is can a non-scout BUY a camp kit and use it? What about a scout buying the Ranger made high end camps, could I use one of those if I were a scout? Are there any penalties suffered if I can?

Camps are certifed at different scout and ranger levels so no you cant do that. I remember at launch a scout could use a camp one leve above the ones they could make. But thats also been fixed.

Anyone can buy anything off the bazaar.

However, like Fodder said - you got to have the skillz to use the stuff.

Like me buying a T21. I mean I could, I have even. Use it?uh.... nope.

Like my bowcaster, decoration only.

My artisan with no fighting skills threw one of the proton grenades he had made. It blew up made a pretty explosion and blinding light and did 14 damage. In the hands of a master commando, the level certified for it, it does well over 3000.

I looked good though and really isnt that whats important?

ill make crates for ppl if they ask (even then its a rare occurance) though they have to make it worth the maintenence and power i use to make the stuff even if its not much.
