sorry, i'm not a ranger now on my main, but my alt is 1 block from master and I just noticed that today I can no longer search lairs for eggs, what happened?

It might have broken with the new patch OR it could be user error 
. I doubt they were removed as all of the schematics requring eggs would have to be rewritten.

lemme see, radial menu to option "Search Lair" oh wait, its not there now, i'm also not the only one seeing this...

Nope on Farstar seems te be working fine haven't found eggs but a friend did today and I can search lairs.

Maybe you are searching a lair after its already been searched. Probably not but if your hunting with a partner make sure they aren't searching it too and you are just doing it after that person.
