I have 62,000 points into Camping 4. Yes, like most of you I've been grinding these points out be spam-camping.

I finally realized once I hit 60,000 pts. that the new Ranger update will make that the cap for Camp.4.

Am I remembering that right?

If so, then I will just go back to "normal" camping and just wait for the patch.

I was at you point yesterday, am Master Ranger now... Just not patient and don't trust the devs not to screw it up and end up losing XP...

I believe the new cap for all 4 trees is 70k, so i'd wait.

For Wayfaring, Tracking (Field Bioscience), and Trapping, the new xp requirements for all four levels will be 20k, 30k, 50k, 70k.

That doesn't seem right, especially considering how easy trapping xp is to get. I thought Wayfaring and Tracking (and maybe Trapping) were going to be raised and Frontiering was going to be lowered. But not to the point where they were all the same amount.

If they are going to do that, well I demand that they put my pistol xp needed for each pistoleer box in line with the ones that require Combat XP hehe.

I'm not quite clear on what doesn't seem right. Frontiering is being lowered. The current requirements for it are 20k, 40k, 60k, 80k. The new requirements will be 20k, 30k, 40k, 60k. The other three lines are being raised from 10k, 20k, 30k, 40k, to 20k, 30k, 50k, 70k. Trapping is still probably going to be the easiest line to get. Wayfaring and Tracking are probably going to end up much closer to having a similar rate of progression as Frontiering, i.e., if you're working on the whole tree, you'll hit Advanced Trapping 4 first, then hit level 4 on the other three branches much closer to the same time than we do now.

Go ahead and work on something else, no need to camp. That's if you don't mind waiting untill the patch to train, could be next week, might not.

I will keep camping and harvesting for one, although I won't be finding "excuses" to do it when I hit Master. I still try to RP when to camp and I will also be harvesting because I can get top volume out of an animal and Chefs, Docs and Armourers still need us. I want to try to build up some cash in case something in the expansions are costly. I'm also on my second set of arms and when "the good stuff" shows up I will need the money.

Keep at it the Xp is going to raise up - Now do the high tech camp and disband every 30 minutes you will get over 2k xp per hour - 10 hours and you will make the grade - runSWG watchTVor somethingevery 30 minutes disband and pop up a new one your there.

Did you use macro for spam camping?

HOLY SHIITE! 70k for the 4 boxes huh? Dang glad I took the time to grind them out before this came through. I thought they might go up 10k or so. Didn't realize they were nearly doubling. Going to keep grinding away on Frontiering now too (90k to go) even though I should probably just wait for the changes to come down. For some reason... I just want to be a Master before all this comes down. Just to be safe.
