I am a aspiring Ranger on Bloodfin currently working my way through Scout/Marksman. I was wondering if the Antarian Rangers were on Bloodfin and if I had to be a Ranger to join. Thanks!

To join and wear the <AR> tag, you must be a ranger, but if you are an aspiring scout, we would be perfectly willing to offer training, advice, and possibly other assistance, depending on who is available at the time.
