I'm a huge NBA fan, figured I'd post it here most other forums would get 12 flame posts and 1 reply.

Drew this up quickly in notepadd

I got the Nets vs the T-Wolves in the finals, with The Big Ticket getting a ring this year.

You'll notice the semi-finals will be Seat 1 vs Seat 2 on both coasts. I think this is very probable. My dreams will be dashed early if the T-Wolves lose to the lakers, but I don't think. I'm unhappy about the Laker-Mav match up so early, since I am a Mavs fan. I'd love to see a T-Wolf/Mav quarter, but hey, lets be honest. Mavs have no answer for Shaq or Malone.

Lets hope these brackets owrk out better than my crappy NCAA ones did this year. Though I did pick Uconn to win it

Yeah, I ranked them according to wins/losses, not divisions. Forgot about 'em. ugth

Anyway, yeah, Kings vs Mavs is gonna be the best series in the 1st round. Gonna have to find a tv schedule and catch as many as I can

I think the Big Ticket will finally claw his way out of the first round this year, only to have his hopes dashed n the second as Sam Cassell refuses to give the ball up. I personally would like to see the Kings/Lakers rematch with the Kings finally getting the W as Shaq can't haul his fat ass up and down the court and Kobe tries to fondle Chris Webber at half court and gets tossed for the series.

In the East it's a no brainer as the Detroit Pistons exact some revenge and dispose of crybaby coachkiller Jason Kidd and motormouth Kenyon Martin in a sweep. The Pistons move on to face the The Pacers and former head coach Rick Carlisle, and they Men of Motown go to the NBA Finals on the back of the Wallace boys, and a healthy Chauncey Billups.

NBA Finals: Spurs v Pistons

NBA Champion: Detroit Pistons. The Pistons shut down Tim Duncan, San Antonio's only legitimate scoring threat and feast on the helpless Spurs as the Pistons win the title in 6. Rasheed Wallace gets Finals MVP and comes back to Detroit signing a long term free agent deal.
