Logging into the soe boards, I noticed the nice little profession piece for BioEngineer's. Cool I said, maybe they'll do one for Ranger etc. So as I went in to look at what the devs were presenting.........and to my amazement in the Chapter 2 section on Novice Bioengineer, there was a screenshot.

And...the screenshot to my disbelief was a bothan doing AREA TRACK! omg, I couldnt beleive it, I mean I know you can do that at Novice Ranger and that many BE's are Rangers as well, but come on, PLEEEEASE, give me a break.....I'm insulted to be frank about it, I don't know about anyone else but geez! I really do feel forgotten.

Thread hijack...I notice your sig. How do you like that choice of prof? I have been toying with the idea of giveing up doc.

You think you're insulted, you should read some of the replies to the Friday Feature thread made by BEs. Apparently a lot of the BE guide was copied and pasted straight from the BE boards,and it doesn't explain anything new.

As far as that 'Ranger' picture, the animation for areatrack is also an emote that anyone in game can use ('/combarea' I believe), so I'm not really seeing the problem.

No, I haven't but will be sure to do that, and if that's the /combarea emote, i wasn't aware it was the same as areatrack.

Well, yeah, except the BEs at large were led to believe it would also contain answers or some guide on what would be valid/invalid for them to make.

Hey Ibonek, to answer your question, it rules. I've been a Ranger/Rifleman on my primary character since I started SWG. The combo is extremely powerful. And they compliment each other better thatn almost any other 2 professions in my opinion.
