I rains underneath the "solid" platform of an outpost landing pad and the "roof" over most market squares of cities. They just coded the rain cheaply to gain speed and not have to do "rain phyisics". Does not let them off the hook tho: I hope in the furure they eventually fix it.

you think thats bad, today when i logged on it was raining in my house until i exited and then reentered.

My question is why does this ruin the game? There are so many bigger issues that degrade the quality of play that this seems pretty minor.
