No, I have slighty better security settings on my comp than that, thinik 3 progressive virusshields on top of a very strong initial block!
Still it opened up a popup to some crap and tried to modify my MS Office files!

KK i will try them thx, but i think i will need more space, but is 1GB bandwith alot or a little?
EDIT: I got a Free.prohosting thing but i dont know how to upload them on to their web site they say i need FTP but i have no idea what that is

The virus stuff was probably in the ads, very common these days. If you don't want them don't use IE. If you use IE you will get them sooner or later.
