Thread: Medic or No Medic?

I am looking to go master ranger/ master elite melee with my ALT, and was wondering, is there going to be a need to sacrifice to pick up some medic lines after the CU? will the stims that are useable by everyone be enough to keep me alive and kicking and able to hunt at my hearts desire??

Depends on what kind of beating you usually take. Are stimm A's enough for you now?

After the CU hits I will *have* to drop novice medic anyway - Master Ranger / Master Rifleman leaves me 4 skill points left. TBH at the moment I use stim bs mainly to heal self induced injuries due rifle specials. Hopefully this will not be the case post CU and the new stims should be enough to get by with.

The "A stims" in the CU are *better* than the novice medic level /bactashot, medic abilities like bactashot are mostly pointless unless you have higher skills and can use higher level enhancers.

Stim Bs in the new system are only Combat Level 15. That's novice elite plus one box. Stim C and D are Combat certed also I bet you'll be able to at least pull of Ds.
