Ranger Archive

Well I came back a few days ago, and spent quite a while looking at the respec alternatives open to me.

I used to be Master Rifles, Master Ranger and Novice Medic, and enjoyed it greatly. With the availability of the respec, I have explored different options to use with my sacrasanct Master Ranger, and it looks like I have settled on:

Master Ranger

Master Bio Engineer

Medic 0044

2 points in the Jedi branch related to Scout Skills.

I must say I am absolutely loving it. I can still enjoy all the beauty of the Ranger profession, and Bio Engineer seems a wonderful compliment. I have CL of 64 i think which is reasonable, and have found some weapons without a requirement to keep me alive without having to have skill points in a weapon profession.

I am enjoying exploring, harvesting lairs, milking animals, have been able to kill and harvest up to a level 61 animal so far, and am loving exploring and taking sample DNA. I also love the fact I can make a camp anywhere and use the crafting modules to craft things on the move.

I have noticed a strange bug that many animals cannot be harvested from, I haven't got any data to form a pattern from as of yet.

Anyhow, I am delighted to have found a template I enjoy that compliments my Rangerhood, and wanted to share it with you guys. I can already sense the monkeys just over the horizon.
