So, let's say I have three accounts.
1. Master Artisan / Master Merchant / Master Shipwright / Architect
2. Master Smuggler / Master Pistoleer / Master Marksman / Carbineer
3. Master Ranger / Master Marksman / Master Rifleman
I am paying for three accounts, bought three sets of software, three sets of expansions, etc.
Why would it (if at all) be bad for the game/economy if I had just one character with 750 skill points and 30 lots? In my opinion it would be the same.
I'm not looking for a Jedi, nor am I looking to get a free account. I am still paying for the same features. The true gain there would be re-logging every time you needed to use a skill on your other toon.
For mw this would be a geat addition, maybe a 36 month vet reward.
Any thoughts from the masses.......?

we don't flame around here, unless someone deserves it. or unless we're building a campfire to roast marshmallows over.
trust me, i bet everyone that's played SWG wished they had more skill points.
the difference here is that people in SWG can be JUST crafters. Meaning that they chose to play as crafters. If any combat toon can also pick up a crafting professions then there's no need for dedicated crafters, since combat toons can get the loot and make it themselves. Thus, in other games, you'll find less people who have toons that just craft, since they can also do combat.
This game is about choice, those games aren't.

Well it use to be possible to be both a crafter and combat capable with the same character, before the CU. Not you have to be all-combat to take fully part in the PvE. Sad really.

I think it's really only for solo PvE that a crafter hybrid won't work. While it is true that a Armorsmith/Smuggler would not be as good to have in a group as a Pistoleer/Smuggler for most PvE, they would still be useful (especially so for DWB runs). The CL 80 group modifier means that any single elite combat mastery player will be about as effective as a Master Ranger/Master other and that can work reasonably well.
