is this a mob u can get a mission for or do i have to go out and track it.

They nixted those a while ago, I don't think they came back. Perhaps they are on the Explorer mission terms? You would still have to find them with AreaTrack in that case, and kill a certain set number.

There are no Explorer terminals on any of the advanced planets to my knowledge. I don't know about regular mission terms though. I have to try missions on Lok.

Snorbals are still out there, you just have to track them. I saw tons out there this past weekend.

explorer mission terminals are near the local guild hall.

Thanks. That's good to know. What's the rates? If you have to kill 45 of them, that's insane.

15 may be doable.

Anyone want to go to Lok with me on Eclipse and do a Snorbal Explore mission? I heard the meat is good quality.

We can do some langlatches also, they drop very good wollyhides.(That is what went there for really, been gathering 1000 units woolly each day the last 3 days

explorer missions pay 2k for killing 15 of the small "female snorbal calf" lvl 20 or so. they run in a pack with femal/male snorbal calf and their mamas and dadies and uncles most dont add except the male full grown ones. all are manageable b/c they are slow aggroed 2 big ones and i wiped em w/out a scratch. xp is great harvest amount is great but the quality of the harvests on tempest suck.

at work right now, won't be on for 5 hrs...
