By chance would you be willing to sell crates of High Tech Field Bases? If so, how much per camp? and if those two get answered, time frame on such a crate? Thanks so much for your info/time.

I'm pretty sure you need Frontiering III to actually use them. I'm not on your server, but if I were I'd probably charge ~ 5cpu (assuming low quality components) or about 500-600 per camp. Not sure if the economy on your server is similarly priced.
