Ok, I am a new Ranger so please bare with me.

I love the High Tech Field Camp, So much so that I dropped Master Architect to get them. Now I am very low on Skill XP, so here is my question:

Can a low level Ranger use a High tech camp site, or does he have to get the level in which the camp is made? IE can I buy the High Tech Camp as a 0,3,0,0 or even a 0,2,0,0?

I tried this as a scout... and failed. You have to get the skills.

You can put them at at lvl 3 ( 0,3,0,0) in the ranger tree. A master ranger gave me a couple to try out being that camping exp is all I need to be Master.

As far as I recall, you can use a campa level below the level you can make it. So for the HTFB you need Frontiering III.
