I'm going to be jumping on your band wagon a bit. I'm dropping master ranger for:

Ranger 0040
Swordsman Master (4444)
TK (4003) (working on brawler unarmed now)
Novice Medic


Was contemplating dropping down to scout hunting (0040) only for Master Brawler and Fencer 4030... but that's a post for the scout forums...
