Hello all, My name is Nartok and I have now been playing for going into my second week pretty good. I have been playing around with many different profesions, I am expert Pistol, Hand to Hand, First Aid, Buisness 4 and advanced in most Scout traits. But I am leaning tward becoming a Ranger. I was wonder if you all could help me buy just letting me know what you all like best about this profession, Smuggler was where I was headed, and by the weekend could become a novice Smuggler, but I see them everywhere, and this seems to be a noble profession that many of you pride yourselves in being, please assist me in joining your ranks, just by raving about your own accomplishments.

Hmmm where to begin.

I like the self sufficiency part of being a Ranger, I like the traps, I like being a hunter and gatherer, I like the camps. I like stirking out into uncharted (sort of) wilderness and returning in one piece (more or less). I like not haveing a bunch of infrastructure tieing me down (factories, power generators, houses, customers [ughhh!!]) I get ready to go,I go. None of this, "I have to get back to wherever to pay my maintenance fees or stock my vendors, etc., etc.".
