I was going to do this yesterday, but TH beat me to it! So, let's do a fun thread about our ship names:
My Yacht is called Tash's Pride
My Y-wing is called Ranger's Hope
All of my fighters will be called Ranger's Hope as I level...once I decide on how many ships I want, I may have to think of new names.

My Y Wing is called Ranger's Fury (not sure why I picked it but that's what it got and I guess it's going to stay). It's gone a long way with me already and I'm almost starting to get attached to it (I think a few minutes with an A Wing again will fix that up, though).
My Yacht is not yet named.
My A Wing is in limbo. I've been pushing my guild shipwright to make me one for a bit but he's been extremely busy lately (more out of game than in). As such, I'm almost tempted to call it Ranger's Revamp. It really is taking me that long to get it
. And, yes, I do have the cert already (I don't find levelling pilot at all difficult, unless you count the tier 4 skill missions [the duty ones are not bad at all]).
And my Firespray is still lying around hidden in a few hundred parts somewhere. Hopefully I'll find it soon (although my A Wing is likely to be my primary ship when I finally get it).

I tend to name my stuff with an egyptian theme......
1. I have a tusk cat named Pharoh
2. I have a razor cat named Sekhmet (the cat head god)
3. I named my yacht the Osiris
4. I still need to buy a "real" ship (I'm poor ......)

You can probably find a Z95 or equivalent on the bazaar for 6k (or less). Although you'll need some loot to load it up with but the newbie ship is good enough for that.

My Yacht is currently the Heart of Gold to be rechristened the Love Boat this week. My scyk is called "Kriket Warship".

Hmmm... on Radiant my Yacht is not named, but my Z95 is the Flit Rasp.
On Wanderhome Tash's Yacht is named The Trandoshan Hero and the fighter has not been built yet.

I originally wanted to name all my ships The Emporer's Hammer, the Emporer's Hammer II, ect.
it wouldn't let me use Emporer in the name.
so i tried The Hammer of Rodia (wouldn't take that either)
The Rodian Hammer (nope, didn't like that either)
so now my TIE/In is named Oreet's Hammer
and my TIE Bomber is named Oreet's Hammer II
and i haven't named the yacht yet. i wanted to call it Rodian Paradise, but it didn't like that name. my Yacht is decorated up like a Flying Cantina, with a VIP room up on the balcony, and a beautiful observation deck on the top level. i also have a hot tub in the lowest level.

Yeah...couldn't come up with anything good. I had it as the "Stamepeding Graul" but it just didn't stick.

in honor of the amazing shift of "prose" dath avain meat on corbantis (made millions selling it at around 230cpu), that went on to fund a friends drive to make master shipwright... in exchange for free ships

I'm a huge Futurama fan so I named my 3 ships after various vessels on there. My TIE is named Scootypuff Jr. My TIE Bomber is named Scootypuff Sr (The full title was suposed to be Scootypuff Sr "The Doombringer" but it wouldn't fit.). Then finally my yacht is named Nimbus.
