(I will learn how to clickificate these one day)
-5k Tusken faction, Tusken were a bit agitated by bikes skiting through every so often, but I spent a good 15 minutes larking about there. (Mouth of Krayt graveyard to Tusken/Jawa battlefield). Was finally aggroed but only once I stood up and stuck a bleed on one of them
CHALLENGE THE MAD RANGER.... Ok, I think that, under ideal circumstances (ie, when you use it properly) /conceal will let you get away with stunts that you'd normally get flattened trying.
Where are the worst dungeons for aggro? I'm going to do my best to get to the bottom(1) of them without dying, and, whether I die or no, I'll screenshot it and publish...
Go on, y'know you want to...
(1) So long as I have key/passwords and don't get aggroed after a bunch of uber players upset the natives

Try the squill cave on Tat. Although I haven't crawled through, i've walked slowly but they still aggro me while /concealed.
Camo works great for me at the tusken fort though... However, it didn't seem to help the other night when they invaded the capitol building in Bestine.

The squill gave? I laugh inthe face of squill
Day one of the new Hero of Tat, there I was, sat at the foot of the cave, /concealed and just having a high old time as commandoes and all manner of jabby bangy fighty types were getting mobbed into the floor.
I'll head over there later and give it a bash. Got a new scout needs, uhm, terrifying. He can come along with me for the fun.

This goes way back, and I don't have the time to hunt for the thread, but it was stated by the developers that /conceal was never intended to work against NPC's. Most of the commnity flipped out at the time, as we were lead to believe it WAS intended to work on NPC's.
If it is working on NPC's it's probably a bug.
Fred you remember where that thread is?

I've tried being camoed in a few different dungeons and sometimes I think it works and others I get agrroed with conceal still up also. Its happened enough to the point where im not convinced it works in dungeons and that I've just been lucky the times it has worked.

The in game description lists it as working on NPCs. The original post from Holocron (I believe it was from Green Marine but posted by Holocron) said that NPCs weren't guaranteed but that he would try to add them. I believe Thunderheart later posted that conceal was not meant to work on NPCs in response to one of our issues threads or something. The issue is far from being set in stone and it currently does occassionally work.
Found it. I don't know how to do "clickys" so here it is:
