Thread: New Pre-Req's Question

Being stuck in place would really suck. I have 4 sp left and would go -10 if the new reqs go through. I want to keep master scout, master ranger and master rifleman but it looks like i won't be able to.
Nope we will not be able to keep Master Scout unles we take Carbines as our combat skill.

I have the same template on my alt. I am also very worried about this.
If it's anything like the CU was, I'd imagine there would have to be a respec, or something akin to that;
When the CU hit, if you had negative skill points, you were frozen in place until you respecc'd.
Who knows though, maybe they will freeze you in place until you drop enough to get into positive skill points.
Well, I'm flattered to be the only non-blue name,lol.
From what I understand, you will be granted the Carbines line automatically, and then must drop other skills until you are at or below 250 skillpoints invested. This is actually a smart way to do it so it doesn't involve a respec (which is good because otherwise people would grind Ranger now just to get an extra respec token).

That is exactly why I am asking... to make sure the Devs think of this. Yea all my toons couldnt move at the beginning of the CU till I did my respec.
If we get a Respec will it just be for rangers? Or will it be fore the entire population?

lol You have been a huge source of info for me lately thats why I included you... now let me remind you...
You are a stinky little bothan! There thats to shrink your head down a bit...
I hear what you say about the auto line... what I don't liek about it is I will have to manually respec my entire toon by hand because THEY deciede to change the preq's.
I think that is NOT a good idea. If I am forced to regrind because of something they do... I will be vocal.
