Camouflage Self: (Camouflage Skill Mod) This skill uses a planet specific camouflage kit to conceal the ranger in a wilderness environment. Movement not allowed, however posture changes are.

Wilderness Stealth: This skill modifier allows the ranger to move under concealment in the wild. This skill requires either the "camouflage self" skill or the use of a camouflage kit.

So yes, there will ne stealth with out the HEP, and it appear that it will be before master ranger (where the HEP is). The HEP do not work in the wilderness, (only in a urban environment)

So Rangers with the "Stealth & Subterfue" and the "Hiding & Concealment" lines can stealth in the wild, while master rangers can stealth in towns.

AFAIK, you need a HEP or a camo kit to become invisible, but using the Stealth SKILL (in another line) will allow you to me. So Camo alone won't let you move, but camo + the stealth skill will.

camo kits apply a root. you cannot move. If you do, you lost your invivibility, I believe. The only way to move invisible is camo + HEP, I believe.

Tel me if i am getting this wrong, But from what i read, i understand that you canjust get the stealth line and use camo kits to go invisable and move, but you will be alot moredetectble. But if you use the camo skill from the concealment line PLUS the stealth skill, you will become alot less dectectble and beable to move around while invisable

but HEP is urban only...
