Just a friendly reminder about tonights conference:

When: Friday, August 29, 8:00pm Pacific/11:00pm Eastern Time. Any earlier and many of us won't make it due to rl. I know it is a bit early for the west, but it is also a bit late for the east. It's hard to get a good time for both coasts.
Galaxy: Ahazi
Planet: Corellia
Waypoint: 0,0
Directions: For those of you who have no problem running through lots of reds and want to take the scenic route, head N/NE from Coronet.The shortestand safestrun is SE from Kor vella.
Chat Channel: For those of you who can't make it to the physical location, we will be in the Guild/Rangers channel.

In addition to the topics mentioned in my previous post "Second Ranger Conference Scheduled", I would also like to discuss the following:

8) Determination of the style/format of governing body. Some may argue we don't need any bosses, but I feel, like any group, we need some formalization in order to build this PA into what we want.

9) Possible forming of some Planetary Squads or whatever you want to call them to start getting organized on our resource reporting.

If you plan on attending and have not been to the previous conference, please read the minutes of that first conference to avoid asking questions already covered. I want to maximize the time you folks are giving up for this, which means I also need you to read the topics for this conference and have your comments and/or suggestions already in mind. There will be differences of opinions, so be prepared to explain yourself.

I plan on getting a lot of things accomplished, most notably, finalizing the PA name and the location of the PA Hall (at least the planet). Once we know the planet, we can order the PA Hall.

It looks like Ahazi will have several guests from some of the other galaxies, so it promises to be a good meeting - one for the history books!!
