Thread: Anybody know what Camp Heal Modifiers literally mean?
I know that the better the Heal Modifier (from using a better camp) will make you heal faster, but I want to know if anybody knows how this Heal Modifier is actually applied. Does a High Quality Camp have a 0.85 Modifier number so you can compare it to the healing abilities of other camps? Or does that 0.85 get applied directly to the player's healing?
I was thinking it could represent a percentage increase to your natural healing. So a 0.85 Healing Modifier would increase your healing by 85%. For example I have a Constitution of 450, with an 85% increase that becomes 832.5, so in a High Quality Camp will my character heal as if he had a Constitution of 832.5? When I'm in a High Tech Camp (Heal Modifier is 1.0) will my character heal as if he had a Constitution of 900?
Anybody have any ideas?
From what I was told, a medcenter has a heal modifier of 100%. Sit there and breath and you will heal eventually. The camps are not quite as good but as you progress they get better, until the HTFB is essentially a mobile medcenter for healing. I can attest that I have been beat on, forgot to clone, and after sitting in my FB, I was almost totally healed, except for the BF. My HTFB is faster.

my understanding is it reference to the effeciency of a med centre.
i.e. HTFB is 1 i think, which means its the same rate of heal as a medical centre..
if its .85 FB. then its .85 the effecieny of a med centre etc..
