I did know about the requisition ability... Most consider it a bug, but I hear it is legit.

The ability was added in the last big Patch, so it hasn't always been available.

Yeah, I noticed this as well. Your camp data pad displays items available. There's a premium charge for buying from a base.

If you are overt, and set a base camp your camp is displayed on the world map under Imperial or Rebel and you can also requisition items from your camp terminal. Has this always been this way? I'd never noticed it before and I've been building these camps for a while now...

Being able to requisition faction items is nice, the downside is you are at risk of being hunted down by opposing factions while you heal etc...
