There is one right by the hotel in Coronet city.
Type /find hotel and you will see the chap...

You could always areatrack for one, that's what I do
Try Coronet or Kadaara, or check the FAQ

if you're on starsider there is one right by the shuttleport in mos wulf.

Coronet- Just west of the the western shuttleport.
Kadaara- just south of the starport... bordering it.
Mos Entha - NW corner of town. Just outside the walls. Kind of close to the cloning center and med center.
Those are off top of head there are a few more.
