Master Ranger/ Master Swordsman

The only person who can make fun of me better than I can myself is a fellow ranger.

Might want to be careful with the ranger/ch combo. I haven't tried it myself, but it would give you absolutely no combat skills of your own. If a creature gets away from your pets and attacks you, you'd be in trouble.

thanks for the quick reply, i will have to go huntin with one of my best friends in my guild who is a pikeman(a little box told him to do it) and CH, I have some TKA right now ot help on the killingbut i will drop later because i plan to become a master ranger and CH, i dont know...i will see how i like it, seems really fun, again thanks for the reply

I've managed pretty well with CHand Ranger,

I mastered ranger and just did 0404 in CH, so I can have 2 decent BE tanks out, (plus a nice stock on my datapad so I can rotate them out) andput the remaining skill points into Pistoleer, so putting all that together I did alright for myself

I was by no means "uber"... but I surely have fun and can do just fine with groups on Dathomir or whatever

Decided recently to drop the Pistol and go for Swordsman, just for a change.. that seems to be working nicely as well

I'm doing the ranger CH thingy. True, being a master ranger/master CH aint gonna work since you'll have no skills left for a decent combat skill. But with the way BE pets are these days you can have a fairly fearsome pet at pretty low CL, so dabbling in CH is still a pretty viable and worthwhile thing, so long as you back it up with a fist or a gun

If you're not in a big rush to master ranger, everything comes pretty quickly just in "normal" gameplay except frontiering If you make it a point to use some traps while you hunt, and do a lot of hunting, you'll move up 3 of the 4 branches pretty quickly. It's that 4th branch that is a **edit**. Been at it for months now, fish a lot, and am *still* only on box 3 of frontiering
