Hi all. I'm a scout on the Starsider server. I've got all my skills mastered except for master scout. All I need are my apprentice points. I've also already got enough xp to get novice ranger twice over. I hate spamming in cities that i'm training but i'm not finding any other way to get my ap out of the way. Any ideas or other help you could give me would be much appreciated.

Here are some tips passed on to me which I found really helped get my AP for my first master. (Since getting my initial 620 ap I have earned another 830 without trying, it's that first time through that can be a beetch)
1. Add the HELPER tag to your name, PA & profession. ( This might get a noob to ask you for help and, after trying your best to assist him of course, you can ask him if he needs any training)
2. Make sure you have all of the available skills you have earned listed in your bio. ( Players check this out from time to time to see if you have what they need to be trained in)
3. Set your profession tag to say Novice Scout. (So that others know you have scout skills to offer )
4. When spamming, spam all skills you have, all. ( I had entertainer 0-1-1-0 and it got me about 120 of my ap points )
5. Offer to pay others to let you train them. ( I know, it shouldn't work that way but it does and will get fast results. I offered 100cr per ap point I received. Affordable and gets you noticed over others who don't offer to pay )

I found setting up hunting groups with new players (look for the default clothing) was a great was to get good app xp

It's a pain in the butt because so many other players are in the same boat as you. If hunt a lot, and travel a lot, it'll happen pretty naturally though. I never had to resort to spamming, but I didspend anhalf houror so in front of the coronet starport a couple of times just chillin and waiting for people to start screaming that they needed training. Other than that, wear the highest level "tag" you can: hunter, trapper, or whatever.
