So in publish 7 you can still use a camp to call this stuff out just like we've been doing so far, without any time delays.

I personaly can make a camp and put it out faster then 30 seconds, or 15 seconds so, I'll probably continue to do it that way.

A basic camp costs next to nothing in resources and take less than a minute to make. I carry a few anyhow, so will continue to use them to kill the time delay.

I hate waiting.

30 seconds is nothing so I very much doubt that I will be asked to erect a camp to call vehicles once this change goes live. Normally I waste 10-15 seconds getting far enough away from where the lair *was* in order to erect the camp.

I just carry a crate of basic camps with me, so it's very quick to set one up. Sometimes it takes a long time to find a place you can set up a camp though.

I guess it all depends on how proficient one is at puting up a basic camp
