I havent noticed anything. i was hoping that it would increase your flat run speed or something but once you get past exploration 3 in the scout tree it seems worthless. Anyone have any thoughts/observations?

+50 and less in Terrain Negotiation increases your hill climbing speed.

Greater than +50 in Terrain Negotiation increases your crawling speed.

"Greater than +50 in Terrain Negotiation increases your crawling speed."

Some people question the usefulness of this ability, but those people have never participated in the (in)famous crawling races. Rangers rake in the cash money at these events.

believe me...Crawl speed plays a major role if youre into ranger-rifles...

after getting the Sneak ability on rifle, you dont evet use the /prone command....Just hit "takecover" and crawlfasterthanrate of walk speed on battle(which probably last like 5 hits max with a HUGE defense and attack bonus

i havent tried any terrain nego. tapes to achive levels beyond +100 (i currently use +5 bonus to crawl with rifle speed..but didint saw any difference...)

Unfortunately, this doesn't help us rangers who don't ever crawl

Seems like this should be moved in the rifle tree, and we should maybe get burst swim bonus or something like that... or just flat ground bonuses
