Maybe it's been awhile since we've directly gotten some attention, but the chef revamp has doubled my work load.Chefs are in constant need of 20, 040 stacks of meat (20k for factory, 20 for schematic, 20 for crit fail insurance). Only requirements, OQ+PE+FL=>2000. If you're lucky and a meat that meets these standards spawns on an adventure planet, you can get this in a day's work easy. I've setmy price at 15cpu, 250k per run. Could charge more, but why be greedy? They will always need my services again.
Ranger on, folks!
ps- Still feeling out the price, but the7 chefs I've done this for so far have all thought it to be quite reasonable, 4 thought it was flat out cheap. This is on Radiant, btw.
pps- This is also proving fun as hell, since I used to only hunt wooly, avian, and herbivore (on contract I mean). Now no creature is safe!

if you met a rich doctor and your harvesting this weeks Avian Meat
spawn on Yavin4 you can easy get 100-150cpu!
i met a Doc that payed me 150cpu for the Corillian Avian that was
last weeks spawn but this meat on Yavin even better and many Doctors
go wild. but again 150 is bloody expencive, iknow!
but thats what iknow many doctors would pay to get some badass buff-
packs! and i must say that the doc may pay much for the Meat but
iknow but selling their super buff-pack they get the money quite quick
back!

I hopoe one day soon they give Rangers some harvesting love. My first (and only) contract to get meat for someone was pretty disappointing. I know insect meat on Dath is hard to find with only 2 types of creatures dropping it, but it still took 3 people 3 hours to get 10k. Maybe we suck, maybe we were doing something wrong, I dont know. But it was NOT worth it. Even if I charged 100cpu for it (1000pe 856oq) is worked out to about 110k per hour each. I coulda made more running destroy missions. The payout on the spider missions was about 8-9k.
Until they make Rangers *much* more efficient at harvesting, I wont bother taking any more contracts. I'll just sell the random stuff I get. Even then, I'm collecting hide and bone for craftign tents to boosts my Survival XP gain speed. Maybe if all the Animal product users out there scream loud enough, long enough, the Devs will drop in a hotfix for us.

Insect Meat on Dathomir is hard to find?
The bugs are all over the place, and they get big. Try using the button marked TRACK. (Please tell me you are not trying to harvest in quantity by running missions.)
For a good time, try Dathomirian Avian Meat. One class of mob drops it, and they're small. 20-90 units per, with the median around 40. I just pulled 70K of it at 60 cpu -- and I had offers from other buyers the whole time I was on the contract, going up to 200 cpu. I'm a man of my word, though.
