Well not necessary. We can get a better CPU if we just stay on a good spawn and then announce the quality when it is over. That way the amounts harvested in total will be less, and thus the price higher. (or all the Jedi alts wound get on it and saturate the market)
Also it reduced the need for the individual crafter to make the effort to retain a relation ship with a ranger or scout. If we just inform our personal contacts of the good spawns we provide more worth in the exchange between them and us.
The relationship between a star port spammer, and a random scout/ranger who just happens to drop off the meat/hide yelled for at the designated vendor, is not much to speak off. But a business connection spawning over months between a crafter and a hunter, can and often do develop in to a friendship.

I've noticed something lately that's somewhat disturbing. I went to SWG Craft to look up some creature resources and saw that many of them hadn't been updated in 28 days or more. Some of them were just missing altogether. It was at that point that I decided to take it upon myself to update the SWG Craft database for my server (Lowca) and keep it that way. It took me around 5 buff sessions just to track down and locate creatures with the proper resources so I could have a complete list. Some creatures eluded my in my search (The Plodding Humbabas and Motley Kaduus for instance. Could not get Domesticated Milk listing for Naboo).
This has been a realtively monotonous and boring journey, but I felt that it needed to be done. I urge Rangers from all servers to take up what I see to be our responsibility to keep the rest of the population informed on creature resources. After all, how will they know when something good comes along so that they can hire us to harvest it for them? It's in our best interest to keep the list up to date and complete!
