Anyone with "Maskscent" (what's that, Scout 1/0/0/0 ?) has the same ability to gather milk as anyone else, to include Master Rangers. No bonuses apply.

Fact is, anyone can gather milk - all it takes is a camo job by a Ranger.

Go for the larger creatures and get off the starter planets.

Yup like he said. Its Scout 2/0/0/0 though.

The camo thing is good for mass milking. Done it a few times.

I thought camo was just as good as mask scent last time I was around - or was that changed (nerf to mask scent, bonus to camo)?

nothing has changed. Camo is sometimes effective against NPCs where /mask is not. But more importantly you can apply camo to people that can not /mask themselves.
