Well I'm not sure if this has been discussed before or not but here's my idea for ranger camps.

What we should have with Novice Ranger is mission terminals that appear in our camps in the same fashion as crafting stations do. These terminals would only allow us to select creature missions and at novice ranger the pay out for the missions would be half of what it is normally in city terms. However, as we shoot up the camping tree, the missions would become closer and closer to regular pay until finally at Master Ranger your camp terminal and the city terminal give the same payout for missions.

If you really wanted to take this one step further you could even have the information on the animal that the ranger normally receives on an examination also appear on the terminal, getting more and more detailed as the ranger approaches master. This information would be shown to any group member that takes a mission from the ranger terminal.

Also fix the damn fence!

Ok discuss.

Rangers lead the way.

A Ranger is a more elite soldier who arrives at the cutting edge of battle by land, sea, or air. I accept the fact that as a Ranger my country expects me to move further, faster and fight harder than any other soldier.

they took out the fence, because apparently we could abuse it..

Now it just functions as an elaborate eyecandy scheme to lure hiking women into our camps so we can have our way with them.

We can requisition faction equipment from camps when combatant, did you know?

I think it'd be prudent to build on that, and solidify ranger camps as a place of communication in the wild, where you can download missions, craft, request pickup by factionshuttle, maybe even fly in from other cities/camps. Might also be used as a military encampment, and get the stronghold bonuses militia feeds off from in their respective player cities, which would be useful in both pvp and pve.

Hm, wonder if something changed. Last I checked, the reqs were only available for Special Forces. Of course, it's been a little while since I've been factioned, now....
