Thread: Burst Run Do we really have it any better?

When I burstrun, i don't seem to go any faster or be longer lasting than the next guy.

On the same note, Terrain Negotiation doesn't seem much different than those with the basic scout skills.

We have extra mods, but is it really doing anything. Has anyone tested this?

Burst run efficiency makes burst run cost less health/action/mind I think (now only health).

Ranger terrain negotiation lets you crawl faster. Master scout gets you the fastest run/go up hills ability you can get.

So, no they are still not great but they have been tested.

Do you see a realized benefit to crawling faster?

I've tried attacking from prone, but it really does not seem to decrease my chance of getting hit or delay the time i'm agro'd.

Crawling fast has some "coolness" to it, but...."where's the beef?" if you get my drift.

Lol can there be any benefit to crawling faster?

Really though, people who attack from the prone position get the most use out of the crawling speed. That way, if their target moves out if sight, they can stay prone to reposition themselves.

The only people that reap the benefits of crawling faster are Rifleman....

unless you can think of another profession that requires some of their specials to be fired from prone.

I am not sure if hustling people is the best use of a Ranger skill.
