First don't grind, just play the game, its a lot more fun. One of the things I did long long ago, was as soon as I hit Ranger and got the ability to make camo kits, is to go to the different planets and harvest the resesorces for said camo kits. Before ya know it you will be master. Try to get enough resorces, to build 100 kits, get a factory, and your set. The factory is allsoa good place to store the resorces and finished products. Most of all have fun, and welcome.

DOH!!!
I never thought about using a factory to make my traps....since we dont get XP for making the trap only a successful hit ...a factory would be a great help in creating all those traps without wasting time grinding them.
And your right it would free up space in the inventory.
Thanks for the idea.

Yep yep, err ahh ROAR! ![]()
That's what I'm doing. After every hunting session I come back and dump all my resources into the hopper. I make sure to pick up some power, and start it chugging out p-darts. My mates really appreciate the p-dart slows and I appreciate the extra income from selling a few crates here and there.
Dantooine camo kits sell too. Slow for sure, but I can sell 6-10 a week. Those pay my factory maintenance. Good stuff, baby! errr, ahhh, ROAR!

What factory can I use. I bought one but it said I didnt have the schematic to use in it. I know i can create the traps...at least all but the last ones in tier 3 and 4 in Ranger so which factory can I use?

Sorry I didn't answer sooner, but you need to be near a public, or private weapon, droid, and general crafting station (the one in the htfb works great when you hit master). At the last page, or next to the last don't rem, you will get the option to 'create a prototype item' or 'create a drafting schematic'. Oh and you must use a weapon, droid, and general crafting tool as well. I think there are only 2 types of factories, its not the food one

Something else to consider, get a droid with the crafting station module, its portable
My favorite droid is an R3 with 1 Weapon / General Crafting Module and 5 trap shooter modules, holds like 45 traps, and saves you the combat round as you tell the droid to throw the trap instead of doing it yourself. My combat starts out like this
BH Knockdown Shot (forgot the name of it)
/say shoot;
/pause .1;
/say fm;
/pause .1;
/say fm;
Then I switch to firing my shots, by the time the critter gets up he's snared, and I can kite him, unless of course the perma root sets in, but its more fun when they keep moving. Hopefully they will fix our adhesive mesh traps in the near future, having a root trap to throw would be nice if things ever get too harry.
