1. Ranger camps be deployed by scouts?

- Unless this changed in the recent patch, you are only allowed to use one camp higher than your current skill. (I know at Frontier III you could use, but not make, a High Tech Field Base for instance)

2. Ranger camps be deployed by individuals w/o camp skill?

- No, you need SOME camping skill

3. Ranger traps be used by scouts?

- This one I don't know, but since there is a trapping skill, I suspect it is the same as the camps

4. Camo kits be used by scouts?

- No, you require the /conceal command which is provided at the Wayfaring I to use camo kits

5. Camo kits be used by people with scout or ranger skills?

- Read 4.

Only exception to what was stated is that you can place the conceal kit onto another player. Just target them and type /conceal. I haven't tried it yet, but that is what is supposed to happen.
