Ranger Archive

Just completed Advanced Trapping II and am the proud possessor of +Sonic Pulse. Only problem is that I've no idea what to do with it. Checked my Abilities and Commands but found nothing. Would somebody please tell me how to get and use this "small bomb"?

The sonic pulse is a small bomb activated by impatct. When triggered, it emits and extremely powerful pulse of sonic energy. This has the resuld of stunning and dizzying and creatures caught within its effective radius.

K, now that that's out of the way... It is not very useful at all, the stun is VERY short and i dont really notice any difference with the dizzying effect. Also uses 15 bone/hide/metal so the outcome is not worthe it. I did use it in group one time and got xp for everything it hit in the "effective radius" but i died real quick drew too much aggro. I tried it again (i know not too smart) and i didnt get the xp from all the creatures.
