As we spec in wayfairing (and at master ranger) we get + camo attribute.
What does that do? Make our maskscent and self-conced better, or does it increase the effectivness of our conceal on others???

The camoflauge skill modifier improves the effectiveness of /conceal...
- Just like the maskscent skill modified improves the effectiveness of /maskscent.
