So it only lets you run up hill faster?

I already runas fast up as well as down as a scout....whats the point?

Everytime I see an Exploration 4 person run faster than me I feel I should hit him with an Adhesive Mesh trap and show him what speed is all about.

So annoying..

As the posters before me so eloquently stated: that is incorrect.

Greater than 50 Terrain Negotiation grants you an increase in crawling speed.
